Design and Research

Technical support for our company comes from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, and just like you, we are true flyers – members of Shandong model aeroplane club.

 

CAD technology is exclusively used by us to produce our airplane models, the adoption of the CAD and Mastercam technology guarantees the accuracy and reproductivity of our competition products.
More than ten years of experience in producing and designing composite models allows us to manufacture the most complicated moulds and accessories. CAM technology results in precision construction; using an advanced CNC milling center, skilled and highly experienced staff, enables us to provide perfect precise products.

 

Manufacturing technique

Our aeroplanes are produced using the most advanced composite technology materials, methods and CNC Milling equipment and our skilled and highly experienced staff guarantee truly excellent product quality.

 

We own a 2000sqm production area, and employ over 50 skilled workers. Every worker feels proud to be a member of our company, and does their best to support our goals. We have the capacity to produce 200 high quality composite gliders per month.

 

High quality material

Most of the raw materials we used are purchased from Europe, North America and Japan, after being tested strictly, the material is used in production and the product is released into the market.
